Dear
Friend,
Do you relate to the list above? In my Well-being Practice
these are the all too frequent complaints that people have told me
daily.
These people are people just like you and like you would like
to find some answers to these health problems. They are problems because
they reduce the quality of your life, and turn life into a struggle
rather than a gift to be celebrated.
I find it sad that these problems are so common and I know
there are many people out there who are no longer satisfied with just
following directions from one professional. You want a second opinion
and an educated choice of options. You know as well as I that there
are many options and choices that can lead to the health and vitality
you desire.
BUT… it does get confusing at times, what with medical opinions, best
friends and relatives opinions, the latest findings and fads in books,
magazines and television shows plus various natural health practitioner
opinions.
That information can be overwhelming though you know that you
want to make an educated choice about your health, after all you are
the one living it, aren’t you? So it makes perfect sense to me that
you, as a free individual, make
those choices yourself.
The trick is you need first to be educated, you may need to
seek treatments from your health care professional, and I would be
the last to suggest you change that. You also have to be educated
into the uses benefits and side effects of your current treatments.
You may well choose to remain on your specific treatments and that
also is fine by me.
Some people become so confused with all this choice they hand
over the responsibility of their health to someone else.
Please don’t do that!
You can still have the well-being you desire along
with the secure management of your disorders if you have them, plus

How would you like to:
Life is full of wonderful opportunities waiting for
you to explore, but like any explorer you need to be equipped.
Equipped with the energy to reach your peaks, education to
know you are on the right track, support from your team for when the
going gets tough, motivation to push through to achieve your goals,
and a plan of how you are going to celebrate your milestones and your
major achievements.
How would you celebrate your major achievements in your health,
what would you do? Who would you do it with? What would it feel like?
How would you look? What would your friends, loved ones, and peers
be saying to you?
While the most important part of reaching your well-being peaks,
is to first know what you are aiming for, it’s difficult set out on
a journey without a destination in mind because you never know where
you will end up. If you have an idea of where you would prefer your
well-being to be like then this is the vital starting point.
Many people can dream of great things but it’s in the action
that the peaks in life are achieved. I suspect if you are still reading
this rather long page that you are one of those rare individuals who
are willing to take action. Action that will deliver you the well-being
you deserve.
Let me share a true story that is example of the joy of having
abundant health vitality and passion for life.
There once was a woman who at the age of 42
years found herself divorced, her 3 children had grown up and left
home. Along with the divorce her home was gone and the business her
and her ex ran together.
Some people could find that
a little challenging and perhaps lead them to sort of giving up on
life. Luckily this ‘young’ woman had an excellent education in well-being,
natural health and had the motivation to begin again.
Move forward 3 years:
This same ‘young’ women had a few things to
celebrate which without well-being would not have been possible.
This ‘young’ woman regularly gets comments like:
“You look Younger Every time I see You” “You have to body of a beautiful
women 20 years younger”
You see this ‘young’ woman married her darling
who happens to be 20 years her junior in March. This young darling
of hers happens to be French.
After the completion of their new house in Australia
and just days after moving in there was the welcome news of the birth
of her first grandchild, a robust happy boy who is a source of great
joy for all.
In May the two ‘love birds’ headed off to the
South of France to do a major renovation on their 1630’s stone house.
It was a very hands on experience and one that required a great amount
of energy and commitment to see the project through to completion.
This incredible project took 5 months and resulted in a new bathroom
and kitchen, a delightful terrace with breathtaking sunsets across
delightful rural views.
Back to Australia for a few weeks then a week
in Fiji for a total health retreat.
Feeling fully refreshed and rejuvenated it was
on with the next exciting project, Christmas and New Year Celebrations.
I know that without abundant
health and vitality this wow of a year would not have been the wonderful
adventure it was or perhaps it may not have been possible.
‘Just
a little hint on who this ‘young woman’ is….that is if you haven’t
already guessed of course……yes that right this has been my year of
2004’
I don’t tell
you this story to brag about my life or to make you envious I simply
use my experience to demonstrate just some of the possibilities that
can open up to you when your well-being is thriving. Your life and
experience will be different to mine, but the point of the matter
is that if you are ready with the energy and well-being to ‘go- for-
it’ when your opportunities arise I hope that you too can choose to
take hold of them and live with passion and live the life of your
dreams.
So where to from
here, you are ready to take some action to commit to your health and
well-being, and I would like to congratulate you for taking the first
step.
I am sure you
have explored some health topics in the past, it’s hard to not have
a heap of information these days with just about every magazine announcing
the latest and greatest something or other for health!

that too I suspect)

There is really only one way to go, that is moving towards improvement
